Der reibungslose Geschäftsablauf im Lager ist Deine Aufgabe und die Deines Teams. Dabei stehen Güterumschlag und -lagerung im Mittelpunkt: Du nimmst Waren an, packst sie aus, sortierst und lagerst sie nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen und setzt dabei auf unsere moderne Technik und Warenwirtschaft. Du machst möglich, dass der Laden nie leer ist – eine starke Leistung.
Als Industriekaufmann steuerst Du betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe in Unternehmen. In der Materialwirtschaft vergleichst Du Angebote, verhandelst mit Lieferanten und betreust die Warenannahme und -lagerung. In der Produktionswirtschaft planst, steuerst und überwachst Du die Herstellung von Waren oder Dienstleistungen und erstellst Auftragsbegleitpapiere. Kalkulationen und Preislisten zu erarbeiten und mit den Kunden Verkaufsverhandlungen zu führen, gehört im Verkauf zu deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich. Außerdem erarbeitest Du Marketingstrategien. Bist Du in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen bzw. Finanzwirtschaft tätig, bearbeitest, buchst und kontrollierst Du als Industriekaufmann die im Geschäftsverkehr anfallenden Vorgänge. Im Personalwesen ermittelst Du den Bedarf an Mitarbeitern, wirkst bei der Personalbeschaffung bzw. -auswahl mit und planst den Personaleinsatz.
